Who is responsible

Givmark is a project in development, run by Ben Taylor. Ben is responsible for any personal data handled through this website. Contact: ben@givmark.org.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up form, no contact form, no advertising and no analytics. It sets no cookies of its own and loads its fonts, images and film from its own address, not from third parties.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own to tell people from automated traffic.

If you email us

Email to ben@givmark.org is hosted by Proton. We receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to ben@givmark.org. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Portugal the CNPD, in the UK the ICO.

Changes

This notice is dated October 2026 and replaces any earlier privacy notice for this website.
